Notarization: If there are any errors on the Notarial Certificate, please contact Barcelona Notary and a correction appointment will be scheduled. A wait fee of $1.35 per minute will be assessed after 15 minute grace period from appointment completion.

Apostille: Once a document have been authenticated, the staple is NOT to be removed from the attached document/s. Barcelona Notary will not be responsible for any incurred charges if the staple is detached and the document/s has to be reprocessed. 

Barcelona Notary will not be held liable for any 3rd party courier failures (i.e., lost package, missed ETA), however, shipping costs will be covered. You may choose to redo the process by paying for the government and administrative/service fees. Barcelona Notary cannot guarantee shipping and/or delivery times. Barcelona Notary cannot guarantee anything occurring due to unforeseen events.

Fingerprinting: If reprint/s are needed due to client error, there will be a $1.50 fee per finger assessed, plus travel fee. No charge if technician error. 

Cancellation: If an appointment is cancelled less than (1) one hour of the appointment time, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged. 

Unable to Notarize: At the appointment, if the notary makes a determination that the signer is unable to understand anything that they are asked or is being forced or unable to provide valid ID, the notary will not be able to perform the notarization and the travel fee will be charged for coming out based on the information provided over the phone by the contact person.
